- Review your Restraint Reduction Policy and staff guidance regarding the use of restrictive practices. How do responsible staff ensure the relevant details about the incident and outcomes are recorded so that a post-incident review is objective and constructive?
- Review what you are recording in Sleuth and how you are using the data to inform practice. Identify what information you need to reflect on practice and monitor progress for individuals and the whole school.
